create a one-year certificate programme for senior

managers - Senior Management Programme (SMP).

This programme is a collaborative learning

experience, which will be delivered through a blend of

Prof. Anandakuttan B UnnithanProfessor, MarketingDean (Academic Affairs & Development)

Prof. Anandakuttan B Unnithan obtained his PhD degree in Marketing from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi, Kerala. He has extensive experience of two decades as a business educator, researcher and administrator. Currently, he is a Professor of Marketing Management and Dean (Academic Affairs and Development) at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. His research interests include consumer behaviour, services marketing, and advertising. His publications have appeared in leading journals in marketing, advertising, and other business disciplines. He has consulted with major corporations and government agencies and is actively engaged in executive education and management development programmes.

Prof. Roopak Kumar GuptaAssistant Professor, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources

Prof. Roopak Kumar Gupta is a Fellow of Indian Institute of Management Indore. He takes courses on Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and Organisation Development and Change. His primary research area is in the domain of innovative behaviour, creativity, proactive personality and leadership. His research work is presented in globally acclaimed management conferences like Academy of Management (AOM), European Group of Organization Studies (EGOS), and PAN IIM world conference. He has been the recipient of Society for Industrial and Organisation Psychology (SIOP) International Research and Collaboration small grant. He has published his research work in reputed journals such as Personnel Review and AOM proceedings. Prior to joining IIM Kozhikode, he had a rich experience in academics and corporate world with stints at ICICI Lombard general insurance company and Ashok Leyland Financial services, where he was awarded as the best acquisition manager.

Dave Poritzky is the CEO of Envista Strategies, a boutique advisory and investment firm focusing on early-stage company growth and later-stage strategic challenges. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, where he has taught five different MBA Business Communications courses over the past decade, and has led various online courses at The Wharton School and IMD.

Dave spent almost a decade as part of the leadership team of Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF), a leading advanced-energy research and data firm that was acquired by Bloomberg LP during his tenure there. Dave led several initiatives at Bloomberg/BNEF, including the firm's Future of Energy Summit series and various other consulting projects serving top-tier companies in the energy/power/fuels arena. Participants will be awarded a completion certificate from IIM Kozhikode on successfully completing all evaluation components and having a minimum attendance of 75%. The programme learning pedagogy necessitates participants to work on individual/group assignments and/or projects to apply their conceptual learning in the programme to actual organisational decision scenarios. The evaluation methodology includes online exams, case analysis, class contribution and any other component at the discretion of the faculty. Participants who are unable to clear all evaluation components, but have a minimum attendance of 75% shall be awarded a participation certificate.

With its roots dating back to 1997, the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), started with a batch size of 42 students but has grown tremendously over the years to a current batch strength of 485 students, making it the fastest-growing management school in the country. IIM Kozhikode has achieved its own unique identity, a mix of two cultures, academic and business and is fast emerging as an internationally reckoned fully-integrated management institute of higher learning.
