an e-mail from each CSU to open an account.
Check account on a weekly basis; your student could miss a deadline!
Some CSUs may ask for a 7th semestertranscript.

Transcripts
Transcripts should be requested online through Parchment at:

$5.25 each and is payable online by credit card.
When creating Parchment account – Use student’s 5 digit UHS student ID number
Reminder: UCs and CSUs do not require transcripts at this time, but may send an email to your student requesting specifically for 7th semester grades.

communication via email. Make sure to check Spam and Junk folders !

Your student can’t go wrong with their name; it helps colleges find their records.
