A full scale model was created from wood
Using the finalized dimensions obtained from model, a roll bar was designed
The frame was then broken down into elements and nodes
Pieces of bamboo were then cut according to the list of elements

Took cross sections from CAD model
Made wooden cross sectional templates
Using wood templates to shape foam into plug
Next – Sand plug smooth, prepare for Vacuum Bagging
1. Vacuum bag layup of both halves of Fairing
2. Cut out top hatch of fairing and wheel cutouts
3. Integrate fairing into the frame and fiberglass halves together
