RESEARCH PAPER• The Marines have played an important role in the history of the United

States, and warriors must meet certain requirements and undergo rigorous training to become a Marine. With their skills learned, Marines not only fight for America, but help and serve as well. The Marines also carry a strong and big amount of respect for each other in higher ranks and carry a wide mass of weaponry to devastate America's enemy's.

PHYSICAL PROJECT• My Physical Project was physical training at the Marine Corps recruiting office

try to get the feel of what Boot Camp is going to be like and to understand how the Marine Corps really is.

• When doing PT the Marines scream and push you to your limits and see what your strengths and weakness are they do this so that you don’t get dragged into something you don’t believe that you can do also to see if you are eligible to do what is required in the United States Marine Corps.

WHAT I'VE LEARNED THROUGH THE PROCESS• What I have learned through this process

is that Marine are very professional, Marines don’t ever mess around when a higher ranking officer is on deck, and Marines have high expectations.

• In Boot Camp DI (Drill Instructor) will break your the civilian in you and build you back up into a Marine they create warriors, after Boot Camp you will earn the title of United States Marine and once you carry the title no one can take it away from you.

• Once done with Boot Camp you go on to another Three month training sequence called MCT (Marine Corps Combat

Training) every Marine no matter Job Preference is a rifle man.

MENTOR REFLECTION• My mentor is SSgt. Low he has been a Marine for 11 years he has been deployed

CONCLUSION• I enjoyed doing this project because I got to learn more about the Marines then I thought I

had known Marines have been my dream ever sense I was born and found out that my family was mostly Marines.

• There was a lot of things to go with this because dealing with the Marines and wanting to be a Marine is not an easy task because there are very serious when it comes down to things Marines are also really fast pasted and want thing done that second in a short time period but I enjoyed every minute of it Because I know that this is something I believe and know I would be good at.

• I see that one day when I am able to get into the Marine and leave Boot that will be able to go forward with my career and I want to try and become a gunnery SSgt. And move my way through recon and gain MARSOC (Marine Corps special operations command).
