Interaction- Social mediahas furthered interaction bysuch a massive scale that ishard not to notice it. It allowspeople to keep in touch in amore regularly, andsometimes, more intimately, than was ever beforebecause of time and spaceconstraints. People cities or
continents apart can keep in touch soeffortlessly, creating an opportunity toexperience different cultures.Political Landscapes- Social mediahas enabled greater political awarenessand organization, which has in somecases rewritten entire political landscapes. It has particularly played a large part inthe Iran elections, and Obama’s reelectionfor a second term as US President, andinspired the political unrests in Egypt.
Learning- Social media has also playeda large part in fostering literacy. Childrenwho start using the platforms developearly communication skills, and generallybecome more literate. This is anencouraging trend, and thanks to thehuge availability of information, bothsimplistic and complex on the internet, anyone can become as smart orintelligent as they desire.
Marketing- The whole dynamics ofmarketing has been changed, and ratherthan investing in mass channels ads, companies are becoming more consumer-centered through interactions made oversocial media. They are able to understandthe needs of the market from the marketitself, greatly altering the way marketinghas been done in the past. There are so many ways social media haschanged the world, and the above fiveare among the most significant. Up to thispoint, social media has a firm place in ourfuture, where it is hoped that thecapabilities of these interactive platformswill be extended.

timemanagementtipsthat work!
Chances are good that, atsome time in your life, you've taken a timemanagement class, readabout it in books, andtried to use an electronicor paper-based dayplanner to organize, prioritize and scheduleyour day. "Why, with thisknowledge and thesegadgets," you may ask,"do I still feel like I can'tget everything done Ineed to?"The answer issimple.everythingyou everlearnedaboutmanagingtime is acomplete waste of timebecause it doesn't work.Practice the followingtechniques to becomethe master of yourown time:
1. - Carry a schedule andrecord all your thoughts, conversations andactivities for a week. Thiswill help you understandhow much you can get doneduring the course of a day andwhere your precious momentsare going. You'll see how muchtime is actually spent producing
results and how much time iswasted on unproductivethoughts, conversations andactions.
2. - Any activity or conversationthat's important to your successshould have a time assigned toit. To-do lists get longer andlonger to the point wherethey're unworkable.
Appointmentbooks work.Scheduleappointmentswith yourself
and create time blocks for high-priority thoughts, conversations, and actions. Schedule when theywill begin and end. Have the
discipline to keep theseappointments.
3. - Plan to spend at least 50percent of your time engaged inthe thoughts, activities andconversations that produce mostof your results.
4. - Schedule time forinterruptions. Plan time to bepulled away from what you're
doing. Take, forinstance, theconcept of having"office hours." Isn't"office hours"another way ofsaying "plannedinterruptions?"
5. - Take thefirst 30minutes ofevery day toplan yourday. Don'tstart your day
until youcomplete your time plan. Themost important time of your dayis the time you schedule toschedule time.
6. - Take five minutes beforeevery call and task to decidewhat result you want to attain. This will help you know what
success looks like before youstart. And it will also slow timedown. Take five minutes aftereach call and activity todetermine whether your desiredresult was achieved. If not, whatwas missing? How do you putwhat's missing in your next callor activity?
7. - Put up a "Do not disturb"sign when you absolutely haveto get work done
8. - Practice not answering thephone just because it's ringingand e-mails just because theyshow up. Disconnect instantmessaging. Don't instantly give
people yourattention unlessit's absolutelycrucial in yourbusiness to offeran immediatehuman response.Instead, schedulea time to answeremail and return
phone calls.
9. - Block out other distractionslike Facebook and other forms ofsocial media unless you usethese tools to generate business.
10. - Remember that it'simpossible to get everythingdone. Also remember that oddsare good that 20 percent of yourthoughts, conversations andactivities produce 80 percent ofyour results.

I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in mycareer. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26
times I’ve been trusted to take the gamewinning shot and missed. I’ve failed overand over and over again in my life. And
that is why I succeed.

I am excited to have completed my probationperiod from Sept 2013 to Dec 2013.If I had to recall my experience during this period, the first thing thatcomes to my mind is the first day on my job. When I met my bossand new colleagues, I saw that everyone sincerely working on theircomputers without breaking silence.Boss called me “we will start with some easy work, talk to Mohamedhe will fix and make necessary changes to your computer” I returnedto my seat and opened outlook with hundreds of Mohameds in theAddress Book! The confusion itself was enough to laugh with all mycoworkers when I share this story now. I was pleasantly surprised tosee that they didn’t make me feel that I am a new comer to thecompany. Everyone in the company was full of warmth and affection. This enabled me to quickly learn about the product lines, companyphilosophies and work culture with the able guidance from my bossand colleagues. I came with lot of energy and vigor from my previouswork experience and I enthusiastically applied this to my current job.
There were many challenges during this period but I was able tosuccessfully overcome them. Special thanks should be given to mycoworker who patiently helped me out whenever I panic trying toremember people’s names. We have such a great team in Ali Bin AliIn between my probation period FMCG organized the year end picnicto the desert safari in which I also took part. It was so great to see thateveryone were enjoying like kids. There were much singing anddancing and we had the time of our lives.
I am really so happy to have found a great team and more so the workculture where I can contribute productively to the company’s vision.
Wishing you all the best

Dust related allergies are acommon issue in Doha. For
creatures you can't evensee, dust mites can stir up alot of trouble. You may feel
as if you have anendless cold or evenasthma. Medicationcan help, but there
are also simpleways to keep thedust mites away.
The runny nose, itchyeyes, and congestion
-- all typical dustallergy symptoms -- can
slow you down and makeyou miserable. While there
have been no dramaticadvances recently in
allergy treatment, expertssay if you are allergy-prone, you can take a
number of symptoms towatch for.
Dust allergy symptoms aresimilar to those of pollen
allergies: • Red, itchy, watery eyes
• Runny, itchy, stuffy nose• Sneezing
What are Dust Mites? To get rid of these tiny creatures inyour home, it helps to know abouttheir living habits.1- They prefer temperatures of 70F or higher and humidity of 75% to80%. They can't survive in colder, drier places. 2- Dust mites like to eat dead skin
from pets and humans. Youprobably shed enough skin a dayto feed a million dust mites.3- Flakes of dead skin in carpeting, beds, and furniture are like snacksfor dust mites.
What causes DustAllergies? It soundsnasty, but onepiece of dustcan containpet dander, pieces of deadcockroaches, and moldspores, in
addition to deadskin and dust mites. Both cockroaches and pet danderare common allergy triggers, too.Cockroach waste, saliva, and bodyparts are a problem in somehomes.
How can I prevent DustAllergy Symptoms? The best strategy is to reduce yourexposure to dust. Large numbersof dust mites can gather inmattresses, bedding, andupholstered furniture.Start in the bedroom, where youprobably spend the most time.Wear a mask while cleaning.

Istanbul is hot. And we’re nottalking about the weather. Thesedays, there are more happeningrestaurants, bars, galleries and
clubs around town than there areexquisite Ottoman mosques (and
that’s a lot). The city’s over-abundance of
important historic buildings andexciting new art galleries and
museums provides visitors withmore than enough to see duringthe day, but it’s at night that theplace swings into high-velocity,mega-stylish action. Locals are
flocking to see and be seen at anever-growing array of bars, clubs
and restaurants, bringing withthem an infectious sense of joiede vivre and a discerning abilityto judge these places on their
standard of service, drinks, musicand food as well as their positionin the what’s-hot-and-what’s-not
stakes. That’s not to say that the locals
are turning their backs on much-loved city institutions such as therakı-soaked meyhane (tavern) ortranquil çay bahçesi (tea garden),because they wouldn’t dream ofdoing anything so foolish. They
know, after all, that suchinstitutions are one of the reasons
that their home is – and alwayshas been – rightfully dubbed the
‘City of the World’s Desire’.
1- Put airtight, plasticdust-mite covers onpillows, mattresses, andbox springs.
2- Use pillows filled withpolyester fibers instead ofkapok or feathers.
3- Wash bedding in veryhot water (over 130 F)once a week. The waterneeds to be this hot to killdust mites. Dry thebedding in a hot dryer.
4- If your bedroom is in abasement with a concretefloor, move upstairs if youcan. Concrete stays dampand creates the moist, humid environment dustmites love.
Bedroom DustBusting Tips
1- Clean bare floors oftenwith a damp mop or cloth.
2- Vacuum carpets onceor twice a week. Use avacuum with a HEPA (highefficiency particulate air)filter.
3- Wash throw rugs in hotwater.
4- Vacuum upholsteredfurniture such as sofas.Wood, leather, plaster, ormetal furniture is betterfor dust allergies.
5- Replace drapes withroll-up window shades. Ifyou must have curtains, wash them in hot watereach season.
6- Get rid of stuffedanimals, soft toys, andother dust collectors.
