Fire Conference is an annual event
that has been taking place for
many years in our Ministry. It has
over 20 years in existence and
God’s grace has moved us from
strength to strength and from glory
to glory.
This year’s Fire Conference was
held from the 20th - 27th April
2014, in Itsoseng, SA Living Water
Ministry. God blessed us with pres-
tigious and anointed guest speak-
ers as well as artists from different
parts of South Africa.
Pastor London kicked off on Sun-
day the 20th April 2014, through-
out the week till Thursday evening,
24th April 2014. He was preaching
along side a gospel musician as
well as a friend to our church,
Omega Khunou who ministered
with SA Living Water Ministry’s
worship team.
Pastor Sekete from Sharpville,
Vereeniging then elevated us the
evening of Friday, 25th April 2014.
We are grateful to have also been
graced by Lebo Sekgobela, an
anointed worshiper from the Vaal
region who also ministered with
great anointing alongside the SA
Living Water Ministry’s worship
team.
The Saturday morning 26th April
2014, Pastor Mogwera then deliv-
ered a powerful sermon titled,
“How to handle your midnight.”
Thereafter, workshop sessions
were conducted and they spoke to
different groups of people.
The Youth Workshop was con-
ducted by Dr. Resane former Youth
for Christ (YFC) President and
Zama Ngcobo, well known as
“Thabitha” from the soapie Genera-
tions.
The Couples’ Workshop was con-
ducted by Pastor Mogwera and Sin-
gle Parents’ Workshop was done by
Ms Zanele Mashinini Ogwuche.
On the evening of the 26th April
2014, Pastor Sekete delivered an-
other powerful sermon titled:
Wounded but still favoured. Thereaf-
ter, a grand performance was given
by our very own, homebrewed, well
known artist Sipho “Big Fish” Mak-
habane. He graced our stage with
his team all the way from Mpuma-
langa.

G ive and it shall be

Giving does not only refer to
tangible things. Showing love,
offering with your time and pro-
viding a helping hand also
represents a form of giving.
An initiative of the Welfare team
that took place on
the 21th April 2014, was to
visit one of the Old Age Homes
called Potch, in Itsoseng. The
members of our church went to
offer a helping hand by clean-
ing the premises at Potch and
to also give food and blankets
to the residents there.
“Whatever your hand finds to
do, do it well.” Ecclesiastes
9:10

Christianity and Politics as two
different elements that can not
work together, but as the Word of

lack of knowledge”- Hosea 4:6
Kingdom Deployment by Pastor
Mweli, mentions that we are de-
ployed by Kingdom arrangement
and that God starts with employ-
ment in order to award you the
opportunity for deployment. Pastor

Authorised and Unauthorised lead-

God’s calling upon people’s lives.

come to pass, God will call you
again.

G iving in our Ministry does
not only end on Sundays at
the church alter, it goes
further than that, for God
has blessed our Ministry so we may be-
come a blessing to others.
During the Megafest Conference, the Wel-
fare team of SA Living Water Ministry vis-
ited a disadvantaged family in area of Vry-
burg. They went to share the word and
the love of God as well as to give hope.
And later that afternoon they gave out
blankets to the senior citizens of
Vruburg, Huhudi.
On Sunday the 29th June 2014 the
Welfare team again
visited one of our
church branches in
Huhudi to give out
food parcels to the disadvantaged family

Victor Mphago, 25 Men & Young men’s Camp taught me that I need to be prayerful. I also learnt that we as men are powerful when united. The devil fears us because we are the seed. He is not intimidated by fertile soil but us, the seed. Mamelodi, Gauteng.
Pastor Nkgotlana, 45 A male person needs to go through certain things before he can be called a man. He needs to be prayerful so that he can become an effective leader in his home and through his lifestyle. We also need to watch what we eat and stick to a healthy diet. Itsoseng, North West.
Zolelo Magobiane, 18 The Men’s Camp was nice. I learnt about issues relating to health and that one needs to take proper care of themselves. I learnt about how to conduct my life as a young man and as a man… when I get there. Itsoseng, North West.
Joe Thamaga, 79 I enjoyed my time at Men & Young Men’s camp. I learnt about ill-ness one can have and that one needs to eat a healthy diet. I also learnt that as a man I need to be prayerful. I encourage more men to come next year. Itsoseng, North West.

Virtuous woman...
A Ladies Seminar, an
annual event, very dear
to the women of SA
Living Water Ministry
was held at Shekinah Kampe, Hart-
beesfontein, on the 1st-3rd August
2014. This Seminar is focused on
reviving women as well as equipping
them, by providing knowledge about
the power that God has bestowed
upon them. Women from different
walks of life gathered to come and
reconnect with their purpose and to
give God the glory for having carried
them thus far, through His mercies
and grace.
“God will never lead you where
His Grace cannot keep you.” -
Unknown. Arise from your obscu-
rity, Arise from your limitations,
Arise from your challenges, Arise
from abusive relationships, Arise
from hurt of betrayal, Arise from
the raging storms of life, for your
light has come and the glory of
the lord has risen upon you, said
Mrs Kodisang.
Be like the Shunamite woman
who had faith that the son that
was taken from her will live again,
be still and know that He is God,
Pastor BC Moswatlhe preached.
Do not park in your storm, have
the courage to crossover. For it
will not be long until you reach
your breakthrough.
Mighty woman of Valor, an im-
movable mountain, a Great War-
rior, you are called by God to
change any situation that you
are facing in your life, Mrs Mma-
batho Nkgotlana preached. Your
background can not determine
where God wants to take you. It
is not over until God says so.
During this event women were
reminded of the story of Hannah
and Peninnah found in the book
of 1 Samuel 1:6-11. Peninnah
provoked Hannah for her barren-
ness.
But Hannah stood the test of
time. The ladies were also re-
minded of the hardship Hannah
had to go through before God
allowed her to give birth to
Samuel. Yet all that Hannah
went through did not devalue
her, though she was cast down,
she was not destroyed.
Virtuous woman Arise and
Shine. For God’s power to be
revealed through you, you need
hardships to shape you. You
need oppressors to mould you,
you need Peninnah .
