Page 27: September 2015. Staff Overview Handbooks Time Management Tour Pearson Edexcel Guidance Module Specifications Academic Conduct – Referencing.

WHEN ARE YOUR PEAK & TROUGH TIMES?

We all have Peak times: Periods in your day when you are potentially at your best.

We all have Trough times: Periods when your energy & ability to focus is low.

What time is it…or…Who’s time is it?

Consider how much time is under your control each day. If you plan for say 3 hours of work but only have 2 hours of controllable time, you may end up at the end of the day feeling frustrated, guilty & stressed.

Time management is controlling your life by controlling your time by controlling the events which you can control, and not trying to control those things which you cannot control!

You can control yourself & your response, but you can not control everything such as others or the weather.
