performances that will long be remembered as one of the theater
highlights of this community.
Earle DuBois was a memorable Cole Porter, debonair and self-assured with
his song box of thousands of notes and words of songs he had written from his days at Yale to the post first world war
days of the 1900s. Shirley Arkin played the rich Linda Lee Thomas, whose love for Porter faltered
only when he wandered into other extraneous areas of romance,
accompanied DuBois in singing some 17 songs that highlighted Porter’s career. There were also delicate performances
by Dr. Harry Gray & Peggy DuBois.
Reminisce and enjoy a memorable evening together.
“Night At The Movies” What: “Elvis & Nixon” When: Wednesday, August 31st at 7:30PM Where: La Sala Grande Movie Length: 1 hour & 26 min. Summary: The untold true story behind the meeting between Elvis Presley, the King of Rock 'n Roll, and President Richard Nixon, resulting in this revealing, yet humorous moment immortalized in the most requested photograph in the National Archives.
Summary: A full-time professional keyboard player and singer since 1978, Georgene has experience in top-40, all-occasion, jazz, blues, studio production, teaching, composing, recording, commercial jingles, musical comedy, television, radio, etc. She was even in a show band in Atlantic City for a short time, and has played keyboards behind national acts such as the Drifters and the Shirelles. Georgene has been entertaining in restaurants and hotels in South Florida since 1984. Although she is an accomplished keyboard player, Georgene has an incredibly versatile voice with a range of over three octaves.

They are all recording artists with multiple DVD releases worldwide. Wonderful music taste and exquisite repertoire makes Strings USA one of the leading string quartet in South Florida.
