Frankston Arts Centre (FAC) is a landmark arts facility locatedclose to public transport, shops, cafes and restaurants and isserved by an underground car park.
The FAC’s main building boasts an 800 seat theatre, severalexhibition spaces, a flexible function centre with dining andconference facilities with water views. Cube 37 adjoins themain building on Davey Street and includes a 194 seat studiotheatre, exhibition space, computer lab and the Glass Cubegallery. The FAC manages the White Street Gallery in centralFrankston and produces selected outdoor events and festivals.
The FAC’s annual program features performances by nationaland international touring companies. The free exhibitionprogram showcases local and international artists and mostartwork is available for sale.
The FAC hosts events by local schools and community groups,offers a wide range of workshops and promotes accessibilitythrough its Arts Access program. The FAC’s facilities are hiredby commercial clients and community organisations, making it one of Melbourne’s busiest venues.

In this special concert, British clarinet virtuoso Michael Collinsreturns to play with and conduct the MSO in a riveting seriesof works that shows off the very best of the orchestra’swoodwind section.
Joining him is the 2015 ABC Symphony Australia YoungPerformer of the Year, Brisbane-born Lloyd Van’t Hoff,performing a dynamic work for basset clarinet and chamberorchestra entitled Ornamental Air, composed by MSO’s 2017Composer in Residence, Elena Kats-Chernin.
