Biographie (Français) Serge Gauya de son vrai nom Serge Gauye est né à Sion, en Suisse, le 11 septembre 1977. A l’âge de 4 ans, il entre au conservatoire où il y étudie le solfège ainsi que le piano. A 15 ans, Serge monte à Paris où il sort son premier Single “Much Money”. Les années suivantes, il les passera entre la France où il fera plusieurs tournées en compagnie d’artistes internationaux comme “Imagination, Pussy, Th Express …” et la Suisse où il étudie les médecines naturelles à Genève. Plus tard, il obtiendra un DFS en Nutrition à Paris. En 1998 Serge réalise la musique du film “The Gray Way à Los Angeles / USA”. De retour en Europe, il participe à des défilés à Genève ainsi qu’à Milan. Baroudeur Serge parcourt le monde. Lors de ses voyages, il est invité à collaborer dans plusieurs projets avec des artistes nationaux comme « Racine Sagath » au Cameroun. Serge produit également plusieurs titres Chill Out destinés aux marchés asiatiques. Son amour pour les voyages le mène une nouvelle fois en Amérique Latine et c’est en Équateur en 2006 avec son album “Me Siento Latino” qu’il occupe les premières places des titres les plus joués en radio. Il participe à de nombreux programmes de télévision et se présente dans tout le pays. En 2007, il signe ce même album avec un label américain distribué par la Warner. En décembre 2008, il gagne l’Award de la meilleure chanson pop world au James L. Knight international center de Miami lors de la cérémonie du “Premio Estrella Music Awards” (Il est d’ailleurs le seul artiste non hispanique à avoir obtenu cette consécration.) En 2009, à l’occasion des 100 ans du club de football Suisse le FC Sion, Serge est choisi pour créer et interpréter l’hymne officiel du club. Cette même année sortira également son deuxième album « El Placer de la Vida » qui lui ouvriront de nouveaux marchés comme le Maroc, l’Italie ainsi que l’Argentine. C’est d’ailleurs dans ce pays qu’un de ses titres “Valesanos” a été choisi par le Centre Valaisan et Suisse de Bariloche comme chanson officielle. Serge est donc devenu un trait d’union entre la Suisse et les descendants des immigrés Helvètes qui se sont établis en Amérique-Latine. Fin 2012 Serge est invité à présenter son travail de peinture dans le cadre de l’exposition “Swiss Contemporary Art 2012” au Koweit. La passion pour la musique latino-américaine amène Serge à crée au début de l’année 2013 une radio « Vibración Latina » spécialement dédiée à ce courant musical. Actuellement Serge vient de terminer un titre avec un featuring de l’artiste de renom « Fulanito » qui sortira en fin 2013 et début 2014 aux USA. Serge à également été nomminé dans deux cathégories au “Fox Latin Award” qui se tiendra le 26 avril 2014 à Houston Texas.

Biografía (Español) Serge Gauya cuyo verdadero nombre es Serge Gauye nació en Sion, Suiza, el 11 de septiembre de 1977. A la edad de 4 años comienza sus estudios en el conservatorio de música donde estudia el solfeo así como le piano. A los 15 años, Serge se traslada a Paris donde lanza su premier Single “Much Money”. Los años que siguen, los pasara entre Francia, donde realizara varias giras en compañía de artistas internacionales como "Imagination, Pussy, Th. Express ..." y Suiza donde estudiara medicina natural en Ginebra. Más tarde, en 1998 realiza la música de la película « The Gray Way à Los Angeles / USA. De vuelta en Europa, participo en algunos desfiles de moda en Ginebra y Milán. Serge aventurero viajo por el mundo, y visito varios países de América del Norte, América Latina, África Negra y del norte, Asia y Australia. Se establece primeramente en Camerún, donde participará en proyectos con artistas nacionales como "Racine Sagath ", más adelante realiza varios temas Chill Out para los mercados asiáticos. Su pasión por los viajes lo llevó de nuevo en América Latina. Con su canción "Bésame Otra Vez" extraída del álbum "Me Siento Latino" , Serge ocupara los primeros puestos de las canciones más sonadas en las radios, a la vez que participa en numerosos programas de televisión y da una gira en todo el país llamada "Tour Latino 2006" En el 2007 firmó su primer álbum "Me Siento Latino" con un sello americano distribuido por la Warner, y es con el tema del mismo nombre que gana el Premio a la mejor canción pop 2008 en el James L. Knight center de Miami en la ceremonia de los "Premios Estrella Music Awards" (cabe decir que es el único artista no-hispano que logro este reconocimiento.) Con motivo del centenario del prestigioso club de fútbol suizo FC Sion en 2009, Serge fue elegido para crear e interpretar el himno oficial del club. Ese mismo año también lanzó su segundo álbum "El Placer de la Vida", que abrirá nuevos mercados como Marruecos, Italia y también Argentina. Y es precisamente en este país que uno de sus títulos "Valesanos" fue elegido por el Centro Valesano y Suizo de Bariloche, como canción oficial. A partir de ese momento Serge se convirtió en un puente entre los suizos y descendientes de inmigrantes helvéticos que se establecieron en América Latina. En 2011 Serge lanza su nuevo Álbum “Momentos Latinos”. Al final del 2012 fue invitado a presentar su trabajo de pintura en la exposición "Swiss Contemporary Art 2012" en Kuwait. La pasión por la música latina lleva a Serge a crear al principio del 2013 una radio llamada "Vibración Latina" especialmente dedicada a esta música. Al momento Serge nos presenta su nuevo tema “La Única de mi Vida” un tema lleno de ritmos latinos realizado conjuntamente con el Artista Dominicano-Americano de renombre internacional “Fulanito”. Actualmente Serge fue nominado al "Fox Latin Music Awards" en dos categorías, evento que se llevará a cabo el día 26 de abril 2014 en la ciudad de Houston, Texas.

Biography (English) Serge Gauya "Serge Gauye", is a Swiss Singer and record producer born in Switzerland in 1977. Aged four he studied music theory and piano in the conservatory of Sion, Switzerland. At 15, Serge in Paris he release his first single "Much Money". In France he had several tours with international artists such as Imagination, Pussy, Th Express…. Biographie (Deutsch) Serge Gauya – so der exotische Name des 33- jährigen Musikers mit Walliser Wurzeln. Geboren in Sitten besuchte er bereits im zarten Alter von 4 Jahren das Konservatorium. Etwas mehr als zehn Jahre später präsentierte Gauya seine Musik der Öffentlichkeit – aber nicht dem Schweizer Publikum sondern dem französischen. Seine Debut- Single „Much Money“ wurde in Paris produziert, nachdem er zwei Jahre zuvor nach Frankreich gezogen war. Dass sich der Umzug für seine junge Musikkarriere gelohnt hatte, zeigte sich bereits ein Jahr nach der Veröffentlichung von „Much Money“ als er seine erste Tour durch Frankreich startete. Gauya war aber nicht alleine – so spielte er mit internationalen Künstlern wie u. a. Imagination oder Th Express. Für Serge Gauya gab es aber auch ein Leben neben der Musik – so absolvierte er ein Studium in „Natürliche Medizin“ und war viel auf Reisen. Die Musik begleitete ihn jedoch immer. So auch nach Ecuador, wo er von einem Produzenten entdeckt wurde. Was klingt wie ein Märchen wurde für Serge Gauya Wirklichkeit. Heute geniesst er interkontinentale Bekanntheit. Letztes Jahr erschien dann sein Album „El Placer De La Vida“ in der Schweiz, den USA, Latein Amerika aber auch in Afrika.
