025 to 150 = 1 cfm/actuator design 200 to 250 = 2.5 cfm/actuator design Air quality “reasonably clean and dry and to a quality class 4.5.5 (according to ISO standard 8573.1)”. This implies 25 micron maximum particle size, 7°C dew point maximum (or lower than ambient temperature below 7°C) and 25 mg/cubic meter maximum oil content.
