FINISHING THE TASKA stewardship ministry of FBCTC to finish the task of
building out the first floor of our facilityBUILDING UPDATE
We have permission to fully occupy our building. Office furniture has been relocated to downstairs and our church staff has moved into their new offices.
Entrance flooring has been power washed. Restroom flooring is being sealed. Touching up paint, adjusting doors, hanging TV’s, and cleaning everything continues. Our large building is a wonderful blessing and it has taken a near miracle to convert it from where it was, to where it is today!

Back to Church This Sunday
The day we have anticipated for years is here. The first vote to move to the west side of Texas City took place almost thirty years ago. We bought the Dillard’s building five years ago. It is now a reality. To top it off, we have not had Sunday School, Children’s activities, or regular Student activities since co-vid shut us down last March. It is time to get back to church. We are going back to full programming starting this Sunday. Please make plans to come back! Many of you go to the grocery store and out to eat. Let me assure you that you will be safer at church than doing any of those activities. We ask folks to wear masks while in the building except when you are sitting down to worship. You can wear your mask then if you feel more comfortable. We ask folks to practice social distancing as much as possible. Please wear your mask if you have a conversation with someone else within six feet. I can’t wait for you to see the building. It is incredible! God has given us a tremendous gift! Please join us this Sunday as we will be studying, All the Places to Go.
