Naturals is an unisex salon, that offers various grooming and beautification service products under one roof. The products not only satisfy the core benefit (i.e. Hair cut and shaving for men) but it offers the augmented service. (Music, air-conditioned hall, coffee and juices as compliment to its customers). The service products are for a specific target market. It is developed with customer’s perspective towards the salon.

It mainly focuses on south Indian market. It’s the leading salon chain in Tamilnadu.

It is situated in all the metros of south India. Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore.

In Chennai alone there are 30+ outlets and in Coimbatore there are four branches.

They have one of their branches in Pune. All the services are created and sold at the same time

in English newspapers like THE HINDU ,Metro Plus, DECCAN CRONICLE ,Cronicle Coimbatore.

Magazine: Magazines like Savvy, Women’s Era, Femina Elle,

which focus on Young and trendy women.TV Naturals advertise in SS music.Radio Local radio channels are also used for their promotion.

Naturals have trained employees with them. All the employees who work there are skilled people. They create a rapport with their customers, by interacting with them often, giving tips, being polite with them. They maintain the customer and employee relationship in good manner. Physical evidence refers to all the tangibles, visible touch-points that your customer will encounter before they buy; from your reception area to signage, to your staff’s clothing and the images that you include in the handbook. Naturals salons are well designed and air-conditioned. They have a pleasing environment, nice interior decoration which looks rich. There is a waiting hall for those who accompany the customers which is fully furnished. Many magazines are there for the customers to read and relax while they await their turn. The place is very clean and tidy; there are nearly two to three sweepers who keep on cleaning the place often to maintain the cleanliness of the shop.

The processes in naturals are simple and transparent. The customers are greeted by receptionist and asked to wait in the waiters hall if all their employees are engaged. Music and magazines make the customer to feel good when they are waiting. The information is passed to the employees once they are free, and then they take over the customer
