If you lose it, a new card costs 50 SEK.

How to get your GU card

• Log on to www.portalen.gu.se with your student account to order your GU card. You must be registered on a course to be able to order your card.

• Approve the ”Rules and Guidelines” for the card.

• Select your personal PIN code. The PIN code is used in the access system and to log in to the printers in the university print service.

• Visit the nearest Servicecenter to have your picture taken and to get your card upon proof of identity.

Opening hours

We have extended opening hours in Servicecenter during the start of the semester (week 4 and 5) between 08.00 and 18.00.

Serviecenter Vasa is also open on Saturday, January 24 between 10.00 and 16.00.
