Suggested steps • Awareness raising• Inventory of on-going forestry initiatives• Assessment of situation vis-à-vis 25 national

Exercise: Assessment• Assessment of extent to which the 25 national
policies and measures are being implemented: • Participants will be divided into
geographical/regional groups and will be asked to assess the extent to which the 25 national policies and measures are being implemented in their countries.
• This will be done through a brainstorming and scoring system.
• The participants will also be asked to identify the five priority measures/actions for their country based on the assessment using a voting system.
• This exercise will take 30minutes

Exercise: Develop Action planExercise: 3.3 Based on the outcomes of the
