    eProcurement is the replacement of paper-basedpublic procurement procedures with:

    ITC workflow (eNotices, eCommunication,

    eTenders, eProcedures, eRecords, eReporting)

    ITC procurement tools (eAuctions, eCatalogues,ePurchasing, etc) in order to increase

    transparency, competition and speed ofprocurement and to reduce transaction costs forpublic contracts
