GLOBAL STRATEGY FRAMEWORKASSESSMENT - How and Why!
The new strategy framework has been designed to:
• Offer a top down, bottom up approach to strategy development and implementation
• Improve coordination and cohesion
• Maximise resources and ensure a greater return on investment
• Increase awareness of priorities, key partners and opportunities to engage
• Ensure UQ has a highly effective global footprint and strategic partnership network
• Deliver evidence based, data informed strategies at all levels of engagement
• Provide clear metrics for measuring outcomes and the impact of initiatives
COUNTRY ENGAGEMENT FRAMEWORK - CEF• Measure and track performance: • 17 indicators
• 182 Countries
• Links to detailed Business Objects Reports
• Used to develop Country Strategies and benchmark results
• Country engagement map provides a visual of UQ’s international engagement by country

• 418 Partners - Agreement, U21, McDonnell Academy, EdX & Research Collaboration
• Detailed Business Objects Reports
• Identify highly engaged partners and benchmark results of partnership initiatives
• The partner engagement map provides a visual of UQ’s international partnerships –418 partners from 49 countries.
