• Start small and be realistic - 1-2 objectives per goal. Don’t set too many goals. Decide what’s best for YOU.

• Be sure your goals match what’s happening in your life.

• Be realistic and positive.

• Challenge yourself and EMBRACE each task.

• Write them down and affirm them.

• Recognize that your goals may not be the same as your roommate’s or friend’s.

• Ask for help.

• Check on your progress.

• If you don’t meet a goal, set another – try again!

• When you meet a goal, reward yourself!
