• This way you won’t have emails disappear from your inbox.

• Nothing else!!

Email Etiquette• Keep it professional.

• Explain yourself clearly. Why are you sending the email.

• Be polite.

• Subject line should give a clear understanding of what the email is about.

• End the email with your name.

Practice• Send an email to your advisor explaining what you learned

today.

• Make sure you have an appropriate subject.• Check that your signature is correct.• Use complete sentences and proper grammar.

Create the event• Click the plus button

on the lower right hand corner.

• Name your event.

• Add a location if necessary.

Date and Time• Use the scroll bars at

the bottom of the screen to change the date and time.

Reoccurring Events• Do you want your

event to repeat?

• Choose how often.

Alerts• This will make a

popup appear on your iPad before the event.

• Use caution with this so you don’t get in trouble in class.
