• Log into CCB as the Master Administrator (For more info regarding CCB Master Administrators see here).

• Click on “Settings”, and scroll down to the “API” option.

• Primary Organization Contact should be your details.

• Enter your Church Community Builder web site into “Tenancy Url” and the user name and password you set up earlier in CCB.

• Click “Setup”

• Select the Fund you wish transactions from Pushpay to be sent to.

• Click “Save”

Note - only transactions that occur after enabling CCB integration will be transferred automatically. Any transactions that were processed before this was enabled will still need to be added to CCB manually.

Earlier in the process we confi gured the Pushpay CCB API user to have access to all services in Church Community Builder. This is simpler to confi gure and saves you from needing to scroll through all of the available services in CCB. If you want to be more explicit regarding the services that Pushpay has access to then you can click “Services”, then “Remove all Services”, then select just the following;

• create_individual

• individual_search

• online_giving_insert_gift

• transaction_detail_type_list

Please note: Pushpay must have access to these four services. If this is done incorrectly, integration will not work.
