Setting Up Your Group Step 1: Log Into 12Stone.com Head to 12Stone.com, in the top right of your browser, select “Log in”. Step 2: Navigate to your Dashboard Once you are logged in, select “My 12Stone” in the top right of your browser OR click your profile icon and select “My Dashboard” from the drop down. This will bring you to your dashboard, which displays your information and shows you which groups you lead. This will be your main portal for managing your group, sending communication to your members, etc. Depending on the type of Group you are leading [Mens, Womens, Everybody, Couples] you will see your new Grown Up Faith Group ready to finalize. If you do not see anything in the GROUPS I LEAD portion, don’t panic! Simply email your staff director. He/She might not have created your group yet. You should have gotten an email notifying you that your group is Ready to Set-Up. Stop! Before you set-up your group, make sure either your coach or staff director has created your group and notified you via email or text that your group is ready to set-up! Your Dashboard

Setting Up Your Group

Step 1: Log Into 12Stone.comHead to 12Stone.com, in the top right of your browser, select “Log in”.

Step 2: Navigate to your DashboardOnce you are logged in, select “My 12Stone” in the top right of your browser OR click your profile icon and select “My Dashboard” from the drop down.

This will bring you to your dashboard, which displays your information and shows you which groups you lead. This will be your main portal for managing your group, sending communication to your members, etc.

Depending on the type of Group you are leading [Mens, Womens, Everybody, Couples] you will see your new Grown Up Faith Group ready to finalize.

Step 4: Save your Group & Notify Your Coach/Sta� DirectorOnce all your information is entered and correct, click “Save.” This will move your group into a READY TO LAUNCH status. Simply reach out to your staff director or coach to let them know you’re ready for approval! Your Staff Director or Coach will then approve your group and you’ll be ready for the WHAT’S NEXT Checklist!

Fill out the necessary information along with your co-leaders. Focus on customizing the following:

Group Name: [Leaders Name] Grown Up Faith Group (i.e Lynell’s Grown Up Faith Group or Barb and John’s Grown up Faith Group)

Description:• (Introductions) Hello my/our names are _______________.• (The Why) A sentence or two about why you are excited to lead.• (GUF Curriculum). We will be launching our group by going through the Grown Up Faith (GUF) curriculum. We believe that this curriculum will relate to anyone no matter where they are in their spiritual journey and will help us to connect together as a group to grow deeper.• (Invite to join) We hope you join us for our first group meeting on ___________.Here are the dates for our Grown Up Faith Group: _________.

Topic: Spiritual Growth

First Meeting Date/Last Meeting Date: GUF Groups should start sometime after February 3rd and end before Easter, so decide on dates within that window that work best for you. We highly recommend having a first connect the week of February 10th.

Group Picture: The photo provided is acceptable to keep, but feel free to upload your own photo. If you do wish to change the photo, follow these helpful tips:

• Show your face(s)• Fun, Smiling and Personable Photo• Clear Photos (No blurry photos)

Step 3: Complete Group InfoClick on your group. This should bring you to a an expanded page to fill in the other necessary details of your group.
