As the Client Liaison Manager for Hamton, Karin managed contract administration, client liaison, development support and settlement coordination. Karin’s in-depth knowledge of systems and procedures and spreadsheet management provides detail and coordination to all key purchaser activities. Karin’s role at KIN is to manage the successful settlement of projects and her team.

At KIN she has taken up the position of State Manager & OIEC, this will see her manage current clients, create new business and generally oversee the Sydney based KIN team.

Eeshan has had extensive experience managing contract exchanges and settlement pipelines, relationships with developers and continuously improving and streamlining sales processes. Leading our Sydney based team, Eeshan will be looking to bolster the KIN portfolio and continue to deliver the great level of customer service this company was founded on. Eeshan is also Mandarin literate, meaning she is perfectly placed to assist with many Asian purchasers.
