JENNY ROCHEPrior to commencing with KIN in 2015, Jenny worked in Owners Corporation for many years and has knowledge of both large high-rise and boutique townhouse developments. Jenny’s background brings an understanding of the overall property experience for both developers and purchasers. Her professional and friendly manner ensures a pleasant and smooth transition from the point of sale through to settlement.


KARIN JACOBSONPrior to starting with KIN in 2013, Karin worked for leading developers including Intrapac and Hamton. As the Client Liaison Manager for Hamton, Karin managed contract administration, client liaison, development support and settlement coordination. Karin’s in-depth knowledge of systems and procedures and spreadsheet management provides detail and coordination to all key purchaser activities. Karin’s role at KIN is to manage the successful settlement of projects and her team.

KERREN MCNAMARAWith over 20 years’ experience working in the property industry, Kerren founded KIN after years of consulting and working in senior management for Mirvac Victoria. Specialising in marketing and customer relations, Kerren brings a very strategic and customer centric approach to her work with developers, builders, financiers and project teams. Kerren’s passion for the property industry is balanced by family life and a love of the outdoors and travel. Kerren’s role at KIN is to ensure the KIN team consistently deliver exceptional results and mitigate risk, whilst incorporating best practice methodology based on experience and current market conditions.

+ NATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

LISA DIXSONAs KIN’s National Business Development Manager Lisa is responsible for strengthening client relationships, as well as finding opportunities for KIN to establish new partnerships across VIC, NSW, and QLD. With a passion for property development and experience with both personal and professional building projects, Lisa joined the property sector in recent years after a career in marketing within the financial services sector.

TANYA SASSOON Tanya has a long history working in property and previous to joining the KIN team co-owned Belle Property, Double Bay. She is well versed in both settlements of off-off-the-plan properties and property management, Tanya takes a customer-centric approach to her work and believes the best way to achieve great results is to educate and empower buyers. At KIN she has taken up the position of State Manager & OIEC, this will see her manage current clients, create new business and generally oversee the Sydney based KIN team.



EESHAN NG

Eeshan has had extensive experience managing contract exchanges and settlement pipelines, relationships with developers and continuously improving and streamlining sales processes. Her role at KIN involves managing and delivering projects, managing client relationships and building & maintaining a great team culture. Leading our Sydney based team, Eeshan will be looking to bolster the KIN portfolio and continue to deliver the great level of customer service this company was founded on. Eeshan is also Mandarin literate, meaning she is perfectly placed to assist with many Asian purchasers. Outside of work you will find Eeshan discovering new cafés, checking out the latest fashion or exploring the city.


AMANDA GRISTAmanda has worked in the service industry for 20 years, managing various sized hotels and restaurants. Travelling, living and working throughout Australia and overseas saw Amanda open large entertainment venues throughout the UK and also in Dubai. Amanda’s strong customer service focus and friendly nature enables her to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for purchasers and project teams. Amanda’s enthusiasm, friendly and professional nature and strong project management skills make her an invaluable part of the KIN team.

+ ASSISTANT SETTLEMENTS MANAGER

CHARLENE GUANWith an increasing number of international purchasers, Charlene’s proficiency in Mandarin has been invaluable since joining the KIN team in 2015. Working previously in Property Management in off-the-plan residential leasing and born in China, Charlene’s cultural understanding places her perfectly with assisting with the specific requirements of Asian purchasers ensuring they are prepared and ready for settlement. Charlene also holds an MBA degree.


SALLY CLARKEA certified practicing valuer, Sally joined KIN in 2012. Sally has a detailed understanding of all facets of the settlement process ranging from financing, builder’s defects and purchaser pre-settlement inspections to hand over post settlement. Sally’s extensive experience is invaluable with handling purchaser queries. Investor groups and property managers also enjoy working with Sally, with repeat groups on subsequent developments greeting her as a friend and willing to work together to achieve strong positive project outcomes.


PIP WRIGHTPip joined KIN in 2013 and comes with a broad range of industry experience, including real estate and has a strong customer focus. Pip’s role at KIN sees her being a key point of contact for purchasers, valuers and management teams. Pip’s understanding of building codes and tolerances and natural ability to deal with purchasers and mitigate issues makes her an invaluable team member. Pip provides a thorough, focused approach to her work, handling purchasers with empathy and sincerity with quick response times.



KELLY COUTTSKelly came to work for KIN in 2014 from Canada where she was a Delegate Services Manager at a major film festival. Here she was responsible for organising and coordinating travel and accommodation for all incoming guests and VIPs. Kelly brings with her many years of customer service experience, she knows how to treat clients and will ensure your purchasers are left feeling respected and motivated to settle their property. Outside of work, Kelly likes to explore her adopted city and visit the never-ending restaurants and bars that Melbourne has to offer.


NETTA REGNANINetta comes with over 20 years’ experience in retail, which has enabled her to develop exceptional service and team leadership skills. Netta’s bubbly personality consistently results in the highest level of purchaser trust and mentoring relationships. Netta always demonstrates a caring interface between developer and purchaser and interacts with a friendly nature bringing enthusiasm and professionalism to project teams. Netta’s down to earth manner ensures a pleasant and smooth transition through to settlement.


CAROL LUCarol is an important part of KIN Brisbane’s Asian Language Team, she is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English as well as a NATTI accredited Professional Translator. She has an in-depth knowledge of culturally diverse clients, having worked with them for many years. Carol has over five years’ experience in the real estate, this coupled with her language skills makes her the perfect person to be dealing with your international buyers.


JACKIE ZANDVELDJackie has worked in customer service for over 15 years, she knows purchasers and her friendly demeanour makes any buyer feel at ease. Her position as an Assistant Settlements Manager at KIN involves pre-purchase inspection, key handover and buyer profiling. Her in-depth knowledge of each purchasers helps us identify who may be at risk of not being able to settle. When Jackie isn’t at work she enjoys spending time with my family & friends, staying fit and planning the next place to go travelling.


MARIA SHIMaria is proficient in Mandarin and English. Maria’s knowledge of the property industry as well as her friendly nature and attention to detail are exceptional. Maria’s role is to assist project managers with daily project activities delivered in the Asian languages. Maria mentors purchasers by communicating with them and other project stakeholders to consistently deliver regular updates, accurately. Maria also meets and greets purchasers and undertakes inspections.
