. Steps to connect to the Remote Windows Server
1. On the Start menu, click on RUN

2. In RUN window, type “mstsc” & click on OK. This will run the mstsc program.
3. You will see a window for Remote Desktop Connection.
In the Computer name, enter the IP address – 81.143.3.106
Click on Connect.

Steps to setup Jdeveloper on RDP desktop:
STEP 1:
Go to d:\trainings\OAF-R12-Reference as shown below and copy all the contents in it.
STEP2:
Create a new folder””oafdec01” under D:\trainings\OAF and paste copies all the files from
D:\Trainings\OAF-R12-Reference to D:\Trainings\OAF\ oafdec01

STEP4:
After copying all the files, Give full access permission of the folder “oafdec01” to user “oafdec01” as shown below.

STEP5:
create a shortcut in the desktop for jDeveloper
Go to D:\Trainings\OAF\oafdec01\jdevbin\jdev\bin\jdevW.exe and right click on it
Go to option to “ send to” and click on desktop( create shortcut) as shown below.

create environment variable JDEV_USER_HOME
Copy this path : D:\Trainings\OAF\oafdec01\jdevhome\jdev

Steps to test jdeveloper ( Running Helloworld.xml)
1) Click on . It will open Jdeveloper 10 G. 2) Click yes to migrate to upper version as shown below.
This will open the Jdeveloper . Go to file open Navigate to D:\training\oaf\oafdec01\jdevehome\jdev\my projects

In my Projects , choose toolbox.jsw and click open It is shown in below slides.

Expand oracle application and click on run time connection as shown below . Choose the DBC file as shown and put the username & password Put Username: fwktester Password: welcome1

Perform following tasks:
1) Rebuild Toolbox 2) Rebuild Tutorial 3) Navigate to HelloWorldAM 4) Rebuild Hellowrold.xml 5) Run Helloworld.xml
