a) Left-click the start menu and type Downloads and hit enter. You should see the zip file that you just downloaded. Right-click the file and select Extract All. **Make sure that the destination of the extracted files is set to Downloads like the picture below.

b) Left-click the Start Menu again and type cmd and hit enter. You should then see a screen like the one below.
c) Type cd downloads
d) Then copy and paste the following into the command prompt and hit enter. (You can paste in the command prompt by right-clicking).

e) Accept and Install when prompted and hit Finish after the installer is finished.

Enter (AH_NT_DOMAIN) network [email protected] and password to sign in if it does not log you in automatically because you are using a machine that is not on the domain or network.

If you are not the network or domain, the following steps will occur:
a) Your account will attempt SSO but will not be able to authenticate. The following screen will appear
b) Enter (AH_NT_DOMAIN) network [email protected] and password to sign in.
c) You may see a Security Warning, please select Yes.

Upon first log on you may not see any contacts. However, you may search for contacts in the text box at the top of the Jabber client.
3 iPhone SetupiPhones: Search ‘Cisco Jabber IM for iPhone’ in the App Store (do not use ‘Cisco Jabber for iPhone’)
a) Install the Cisco Jabber IM application using the App Store.
b) Press on the Cisco Jabber IM application icon on your iPhone

c) Select “Cisco WebEx Messenger”
d) Type in your SF network ID @successfactors.com and select Submit

e) You may be prompted for credentials. If so type in your SF network credentials like so:

f) The Cisco Jabber IM client will attempt to authenticate

a) Install the Cisco Jabber Client for ipad via the App Store

b) Once installed select the Cisco Jabber icon from your Home Screen
c) Type in your SF [email protected] in the following screen and select Continue

d) The following screen will appear. Please select “WebEx Messenger” under the Cisco Instant Messaging section
e) You will be prompted for your SF [email protected] again and select Continue

f) You will need to authenticate with your SF network credentials like so and select Log In
g) You will be signed into Jabber

h) You may not see any users on your contacts list. To search for a user select Corporate Directory and in the search box start typing the user’s name.
