scott g myatich work sample | mixed-use Escala | Seattle, WA owner: Lexas Companies gross area: 816,057 sf status: built (2009) description: Escala at 4th and Virginia is a 30 story, 816,057 SF condominium high- rise with mixed use amenities. Forecasted to be Seattle’s most luxurious condominium tower with incredible views, large decks, and a list of amenities to compliment the surrounding neighborhood and city dweller. For this project I was responisble for the detail and development drawings for the exterior facade of the building and entry podium along with basement and podium level plans.
