SHAREHOLDER CENTRAL ONLINE REGISTRATION GUIDEAST's Shareholder Central Online Portal allows shareholders to access their account balances, history, recent transactions and all related transfer and account maintenance forms.
U.S. Shareholders
Go to www.astfinancial.com/login to get to the AST Shareholder Central landing page and click 'Register - First Time Users Click Here'.
You will be directed to Shareholder Registration - Step 1.

• Enter your Account Number (please enter the 10 digit account number, DO NOT omit any zeros)
• Enter your Social Security Number (SSN / Tax ID). This should be the 9 digit number associatedwith the account (with no spaces or dashes). The Company Name will populate automatically.
• Under "Do you want to register", please select the last option All Accounts & Holdings Linked ToThis SSN. This will link all accounts held under the same social security number.
• Click Submit.
You will be directed to Shareholder Registration Step - 2. Please note, all fields in red * are required and should be filled in. Once completed click Submit.

• First Name - Example CHRISTOPHER (as displayed on the Registration)• Last Name - Example BRAND (as displayed on the Registration)• Primary Email Address - Example [email protected]• Secondary Email - Optional• Primary Contact Number - From the drop down list select “Cell, Work or Home”• Home Phone - Select the country flag from the drop down list, which will show the country code,
and then enter phone number• Work Phone - Select the country flag from the drop down list, which will show the country code,
and then enter phone number• Cell Phone - Select the country flag from the drop down list, which will show the country code, and
then enter phone number• Unique/User ID - Alpha numeric between 8 to 15 characters - this is not case sensitive• Password - Alpha numeric between 8 to 15 characters, and must consist of at least 1 upper case and
lower case numbers, and up to 3 special characters can be used (# $ %). You cannot use your name and it can't be similar to your UNIQUE ID / USER ID
• Transaction Pin - Create a 4 digit number
Once you complete the Shareholder Registration - Step 2, click Here to go to the log in page.
Enter the Unique / User ID that you created during registration and click Continue.
The Password screen will appear showing a mobile phone image. Enter the password created during the registration process and click Enter.

The next screen will be Security Image and Phrase. Click Accept Image and Phrase on the bottom of the page. You do not have to enter a password on this page.
The system will direct you to the Register Your Security Profile screen. This is just the instructions page. Click Register Your Security Profile Now on the bottom of the page.
The last screen will be Security Questions. You are required to answer all the 3 security questions. Please note, the answers are not case sensitive, the answers cannot be the same to any of the questions and the minimum character length for an answer is 3.

Once you complete your security questions, it will display the Terms and Conditions. Accept the terms and conditions and the system will direct you to your Account Information page.
