• Every view can be modified, even the one currently used (but you should create a new one if you still need the current one)
• You can create a new View using an existing one as template
• Creating a view: Many settings are available to you, go on and customize yours to fit your needs.

Public or Private views• Only you can see and select a private view (that you've
created).
• However, you also have the option of creating a custom view and making it public. This way, if someone else in your organization likes your view and wants to use it, they can simply select it.

View Options - Columns• Choose which columns to add
in your view and in which order from the left
• Some columns may appear multiple times with different settings (add/remove the dropdown menu for example)
• Some of these even represent actions like "Edit"

View Options - Filters• You can apply Filters to modify your view.
• Special filter values exist, such as:
• [Me] represents the currently logged in user
• [Today] represents today's date
• Etc.

column data. Combined with the Totals view option, it will also provide this value for each group
