This ShareSquare QR code appeared on the packaging of 10k albums and 2.5k posters forartist Mitchel Musso’s release “Brainstorm”.

Stands for “Quick Response” code:- designed for scanning with mobile phone cameras for a wide variety of applications and focal lengths- typically used to allow the consumer to easily access mobile internet content- have been ubiquitous in Japan for last 4-5 years, 95% of mobiles are QR-capable- growth in barcode scanning apps like ShopSavvy, Redlaser and Barcode Scanner contributing to an approaching “social tipping point” in the U.S.

ShareSquare utilizes QR codes as the delivery mechanism for offline-to-online contextual mobile experiences.
