Ü The Statewide Energy Efficiency Collaborative (SEEC) is a new alliance to help cities and counties reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save energy. SEEC is a collaboration between three statewide non-profit organizations and California’s four Investor Owned Utilities. www.californiasee.org
