A meeting of the procurement conrmittee of'this deparlment was held on 15-10-2018 for

openilg the EOI received in lespect of subject NIT till the deadlines of submission. The meeting

was attended by following members of the procurement committee and the representative of

bidders. (Attendance sheet is enclosed).

The committee shall examine all the EOI as per the Qualification/ eligibility criteria

provided i1 the documents, arithmetical checks and verify the documents u'hich submitteil by the

bidders. The committee declared the technically responsive and qualiiied bidders and invite to

collect RFP tbr Request of proposal.
