PHYSICAL Healing requires a holistic approach. In order to see real results you need to address every area of who you are. So while you're working on all the inside stuff don't neglect the physical. It all works together. If you can't get to a gym try Fitness Blender, they have great (and FREE) workouts of varying lengths and for different purposes. If you want to start yoga, you can try Cody App, that's exactly how I got started. You can buy courses for around $20 and do them in the privacy of your own home. My favorite teacher is Irene Pappas.
