Terms & Conditions 1.  Reservations are strictly valid for 24 hours only PROVIDED no immediate

confirmation is received during the reservation period.

2.  Cheque/Cash upon delivery. Prices do not include delivery charges.

4.  Our delivery charges are as follows:

•  KL – RM15.00

•  Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Puchong – RM20.00

•  Shah Alam – RM25.00

•  Rest of Peninsular Malaysia – RM30.00

•  East Malaysia – RM85.00

5.  Whilst every effort will be taken to ensure safe delivery of the Shelf Company kit, we shall not be liable for any loss (consequential or otherwise) of the kit in transit.

6.  Our price is inclusive of the following:

•  Full company secretarial package (all statutory forms, minutes and registers as required by the Companies Act, 1965) with a 50-leave share certificate book pre-printed with the Company’s name

•  10 sets of professionally printed Memorandum and Articles of Association with Table A included.

•  Quality common seal

Note:

Kindly note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser of the shelf company (i.e. the directors and company secretary to file in the Form 49 within 30 days of receipt of the Shelf Company kit.

You are to email/fax us the company’s Form 49 showing the changes within 30 days of receipt of the Shelf Company kit.

Any liability arising from the failure to do so from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) or any 3rd party shall be the sole responsibility of the new company secretary.
