You can save your progress andreturn at a later time to completethe survey, if you need to.

5. When finished, you will see your high-level results. Select the Download or Print links to save a copy.

There are two ways to dive deeper into your results for each of the five elements of your well-being and see personalized recommendations. One way is to view the downloaded file. The other is to expand the sections on this page in the Explore Your Score section.

Next, select the Get Started button.

6. You may see some goals suggested to help you on your path to well-being. Use the Add Goal or No Thanks buttons to indicate which goals you’d like to start with. Select View All Goals for more options.

When you’ve selected all of the goals you want to focus on, select Start Goals.

1. When you are signed into Well-Being Connect, select the Challenges link at the top of the page or the Find a Challenge button on your dashboard.

2. Select the Join button beside any of the available challenges that interest you.

What you work toward and record — and how the standings work — may vary from challenge to challenge. You’ll see details within the challenge information.

3. All challenges allow you to manually enter progress. For some challenges, you can connect a device that will automatically enter your progress, if you prefer. For example, you can connect certain steps tracking devices, such as Fitbit.

You will be guided through connecting your device.

4. To add your progress manually, use the Record button within a challenge.

You can add a comment, image and location when you record progress. You can also tag other participants.

5. In addition to the posts that are created when you record your progress, you also add other posts to the challenge chatter — to keep the competitive spirit lively. As with your progress posts, you can add a comment, image and location, and tag other participants.

6. If you need to correct an entry, select the History tab within a challenge and select the … beside a date.

7. You can receive emails when someone comments on your post, high-fives your post, mentions you in a comment and more. To change your preferences, select the down arrow beside your profile picture at the top of the page and navigate to the communication preferences section.

1. Launch the Safari browser on Apple’s iOS and navigate to the website or web page you want to add to your home screen. Tap the Share icon on the browser’s toolbar — that’s the rectangle with an arrow pointing upward which is located on the bar at the top of the screen on an iPad, and on the bar at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone or iPod Touch.

2. Tap the Add to Home Screen icon in the Share menu.

3. You will be prompted to name the shortcut before tapping Add.

Steps for creating a home screen tile on iOS devices

1. Launch Chrome for Android and open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen. Tap the menu button and tap Add to home screen.

2. Enter a name for the shortcut and then tap Add. Chrome will add it to your home screen.

Chrome for Android loads the website as a web app when you tap the icon, so it will get its own entry in the app switcher and won’t have any browser interface getting in the way.
