Introduction of products
ADCOPOLY® (Adhesive copolymer resin & film of SHINKWANG Co., Ltd.)
was developed for adhesion with various polyolefin, nylon, EVOH, steel pipe,
aluminum ,wood, paper, and various metal by its functional group. It is solid
state and modified polyolefin.
ADCOPOLY® can be used as adhesive interlayer in multilayer system through
thermal mechanism like between gas barrier, moisture barrier and PE.
ADCOPOLY® is supplied as pellet shape for extrusion process of film and sheet
or film shape after filming process.
ADCOPOLY® grade selection should be done according to the required
adhesion strength, process condition like temperature and pressure or special
requirement.

☞ Easy processing
ADCOPOLY® can be processed easily in low temperature because it is thermoplastic resin.
☞ Physical properties of Polyolefin
ADCOPOLY® has physical and chemical properties like heat resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength which polyolefin normally has.
☞ Durability of adhesion
Products which is used by ADCOPOLY® have excellent durability. Especially, aluminum composite panel is proved the adhesion strength and water proofed ability for 8-hour boiling test (100 deg. c water).
☞ Strong adhesion through thermal mechanism
ADCOPOLY® can be coated as melting state through thermal mechanism and solidification after compression with aluminum, steel pipe, melamine, paper, EVOH and nylon .

It is flat, light, durable, colorful, nonflammable, and has a function of insulation, sound absorption, and sound insulation. We can adapt honeycomb panel to aluminum, stainless, glass fiber, melamine, ceramic, etc., for a surface material of the building interior and exterior.

Definition
There are polyethylene sheath steel pipe (Steel pipe / Adhesive Resin / PE) and epoxy polyethylene sheath steel pipe (Steel pipe / Epoxy / Adhesive Resin / PE). It has a very good electrical insulation resistance, water and chemical resistance and physical characteristics. The epoxy polyethylene sheath steel pipe especially has a better resistance to corrosion than any other steel pipes.
