What is Brain Health?

Shirsa is benefited for which age group?It is for all ages. We have different difficulty level for every age group, exercises are self – adaptive and different exercises are designed for different age group.

How much time you need for conducting Shirsa Brain Assessment Program?20-25 minutes for each user. It may differ according to the supportive atmosphere.

How many Shirsa training sessions are required for better results?Though it is said that user should access it daily considering the age group of 5 - 15 where cognitive skills are at its peak, we recommend kids to spare 20 minutes twice a week for training.
