We value the people who make our clothes: we were the first major UK retailer to publish information about every single factory we work with around the world on our website as an interactive map. PICKING & PACKING SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Our actions today protect the planet for tomorrow: all our products are delivered in bags made from 100% recycled plastic that can be recycled at any M&S store. We’re saying goodbye to paper delivery slips which will save 140 tonnes of paper each year. M&S-operated delivery fleets (along with stores, offices and warehouses) are carbon neutral. WEAR & RECYCLE Nothing we make goes to waste: we don’t send anything to landfill. Our clothes are made to last, but you can also recycle clothing you don’t need anymore through our in-store Shwopping scheme. We believe clothes shouldn’t cost the earth. When you shop with M&S online, you can be confident of our robust approach to sustainable fashionevery click of the way.
