On February 19, 2015, SBR terminated Tonya Gilbert, Accounting Manager and Saul SanFilippo, Site Manager.

On Monday, March 2, 2015, Brigget Millare started as SBRs Accounting Manager, who was placed through

CV Partners, Inc. (a temporary staffing agency). Ms. Millare has over 25 years of experience as an accountant.

She has a MBA in Business and is a CPA.

SBR is conducting a search for a Site Manager. In the interim, SBR has hired Gary Ashbrook as its Interim Site Manager.

Gary has over 40 years of experience managing Post-Collection and Material Processing operations in the Waste and

Recycling Industry.

General Facility Reporting

Incident or Accidents Involving Either Employees or Patrons of the

Facilities

JAN 1/7/2015 small fire in residential pile. Ignition source was not found and

extinguished by SBR employees. No injuries or damage to equipment

occurred. Saturday 1.24.2015 SBR driver was injured when a bale was

fell from the forklift and struck the driver. Friday 1.30.15 Paramedics

were called for a customer in PRC. The customer was checked and then

released by paramedics.

FEBIn the MRF, a propane bottle made it through the line and into the HRB

baler, causing an explosion and small fire. The fire was immediately

extinguished by SBR employees. No damage or injuries were reported.

G. Transfer Outbound Material Overview

JAN Port of Oakland labor issues continues to be problematic. SBR has

secured a warehouse in Redwood City to store the overflow of baled

fiber commodities.
