ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
Loyalty is a great way to reward your valued clients and create long term customer relationships, providing flexible options to keep them coming back for more. Automated, sophisticated and sleek, the feature uses a points-based system that allows you to reward your clients based on the amount they spend on products and services. You can check a client’s Loyalty balance at any time through their client card, at the Point of Sale, or through the Program Manager.

VIEWING LOYALTY BALANCE IN THE CLIENT CARD
1Click on the main menu.
2Click on the clients icon.
3Select the relevant client.
AThe number of programs a client belongs to will be displayed on the client dashboard.
4Click card.

5Click on the member button at the bottom of the screen.
6Select the relevant loyalty program.
7Click balance.
BThe member’s loyalty balance details will be displayed.

VIEWING LOYALTY BALANCE AT THE POINT OF SALE
1Click on the main menu.
2Click on the Point of Sale icon.
3Select the relevant client from the client list or the client drop-down menu.
AWhen a member is selected at the Point of Sale, their program details will be displayed at the top of the screen.
4Click no sale.
5Click balance inquiry.
BThe member’s loyalty balance details will be displayed.

VIEWING LOYALTY BALANCE IN THE PROGRAM MANAGER
1Log into your S.M.A.R.T. system console (https://console.shortcutssoftware.com). Then click on the programs tile.
2Enter the desired search criteria into the search fields.
3Click search.
4If you are presented with a list of possible matches, select a member by clicking on their member number. If there is only one match, you will be presented with the member’s details.
AThe member’s balance details will be displayed, along with their transaction history.
