Details of inspection activities carried out with respect to scope of work

Activities Performed:

As per QAP Clause no. 10 & 11 for ( Surface preparation & painting inspection)

> Prior to start of blasting witness, atmospheric condition checked (frequency 3 times/day) like Dry bulb

temperature, Wet bulb temperature, Relative humidity, Dew point temperature and observed values in

acceptable parameter and hence ok to work.

> DFT measurement carried out using coating thickness gauge, after 2nd layer of MIO coat and found in the

range of 160 urn to 183 urn and free from paint film defects at time of inspection hence acceptable and

allowed for final layer of PU on external side. For detail refer surface preparation & painting report no

63.

> Identification marking & match marking verified and found as per specification.

Result of inspection:

Final Polyurethane coat(Exterior) is pending while blasting, primer and intermediate coating activities are beingperformed on daily basis.(for details of parts being blasted and painted refer daily blasting and painting report).
