SHRIMPS COCKTAIL
Ingredientes
A tray of 16 – 20 HIPERMAN FISH shrimps peeled and deveined 12 tablespoons of tomato sauce14 tablespoons of mayonnaiseJuice of two lemonsBrandy to tasteSalt and pepper to taste12 crackers
Preparation
Place tomato sauce in a large bowl, add mayon-naise, add lemon juice, add brandy, and add cooked shrimp and mix. Add salt and pepper. Serve in a glass of cocktail accompanied with crackers
