The auction shall be conducted on an “AS IS WHERE“ and “AS IS WHAT IT” basis and the Company is not making and shall not make anyrepresentation or warranties as regards the quality, purity, caratage, weight or valuation of the said gold ornaments. It shall be the soleand absolute responsibility of the potential purchaser to verify, examine and satisfy themselves about the quality, purity, caratage, weightor valuation of the said gold ornaments prior to placing their bid and for such purpose it shall be open to potential purchasers to examine,at their sole cost and expense, and at the address set out herein above, the gold ornaments whether with or without expert advice 45minutes prior to the time stipulated for the conduct of the auction. All the bid shall be subjected to such minimum reserve price as thecompany may deem fit to fix in this regards. The auction process and sale (if any) pursuant to such auction shall be subjected to suchfurther terms and condition as the company may at sole discretion deem fit to impose.

If the borrower(s) mentioned above pays the amount due to the Company in terms of the loan agreement in his individual loan accountin full before the auction as mentioned above, the pledged ornaments securing the said loan may be withdrawn from the said auctionwithout further notice.
