SITUATION The Service Roundtable is streamed to dealers as video-on-demand (VOD). This is accessed via the ICP (Interactive Career Pathway). More details can be found in SI B06 13 06(Service Roundtable), together with show dates, training credits, etc.
On September 20, 2010, the September edition of the Service Roundtable will be released. This program will be approximately 60 minutes long and will address Service Technicians, Service Managers, Service Advisors, and Shop Foremen. Because of the VOD format, the show may be viewed at any time.
The Service Roundtable will be divided into the following parts:
Technical and product issues that BMW NA has been made aware of through customer and dealer contacts, contact with BMW AG, PuMA cases, etc.
Answers to questions that have been faxed in from BMW center service departments. A questionnaire form for this part of the broadcast is attached to this bulletin.

Cause: Broken wires in the right side of thetail gate wiring harness.
Correction: After reviewing SIB 61 07 10, the wiring harness P/N: 61 11 9 231 820 was ordered to make the necessary wiring repair. - electrical connector X328 on the replacement harness has a 4 pin connector instead of a 3 pin connector. - Figure CN00356-B shows the incorrect 4 pin connector that came with the replacement harness on the right and the correct 3 pin connector to the left.- X328 is the 3 pin connector for the right side reversing light assembly- The part numbers are: 61 13 8 369 720 Three pole connector housing, Qty. 1 and 61 13 0 006 626 Bushing contact, Qty. 3
