If the user are not login, the system will ask him/her to login

Unregistered employee need to register firstly. Fill in your email address, click submit, password will be sent to the register email address automatically

Siemens employee can input some search criteria to perform the ERP job opening search. The basic search filters include Sector, Division, Company Name, Location, Job Title and Key Words. Click the Advanced Search button, more search filters can be added into this page to make the search result more accurate.

Click one of the job title in the result list, you will be linked to the job detail page. In Job Detail page, the detail information of job profile will be displayed. Siemens employee can recommend candidate by clicking “Recommend”.

After successful login, it will take you to the page of Candidate Recommendation. In this page, you can manage the information of the candidates and recommend them to the selected job opening(s). Job description can be expanded by click “+” in front of job title.

Registered Siemens user can management his/her referral candidate information in the system by clicking “My Candidates Management”.

If you are not login, the system will ask you to login first.

After successful login, it will take you to the candidates’ management page. In this page, you can check your candidates’ information, update the information of candidates .

If you have not added any candidates, the list will be empty.

After submit, the candidate will be added into the system. The new added candidates can be found in the page of “my candidates’ management”.

Select one or more candidate from your list and click “Submit”. A window will pop up to display this referral success or not.

ERP process status can be checked by clicking “My Candidates’ Status”.

ERP process status can be checked by clicking “My Candidates’ Status”. In this page, the status of ERP process can be found by the employee who did the referral. There are 4 status: Open, Interviewed, Offered/Closed.
