Introduction Cingular Wireless provides the nations largest and fastest wireless digital network with our EDDGE technology. Cingular has a clear defined path to 3G deployment in the top 100 markets in ’06 delivering 400-700 Kbps on avg. and 100 ms of latency. The Cingular Wireless data network today covers more than 95% of the population across 46,000 cellular towers. Cingular takes a business approach to supporting its customers by providing dedicated Tier II to Tier II support thus direct b2b support not C2B. The following document provides installation and configuration instructions for the Sierra Wireless AC860 management software called Sierra Watcher.
