About 15 years Siggi works as personal trainer and as coach in his own fitness lounges. He is a full time entrepreneur and a fitness expert. With his wife Mareike Spaleck (well known from TV, print an social media) he founded two Personal Training Lounges and Private Sportsclub, a 24h Fitnessloft.He is in commitment for his clients all over the world.
Siggi Spaleck was in earlier days a ambitiously breakedancer and grew up with DJs, Rap legends and music.After 15 years of fitness he was after something else. He asked himself the question his heart was beating for. It was important it shouldn‘t have anything to do with fitness!
The answer came immediately deep from his heart. „Music“Music is the language that we all understand.

CAREER
Together with Mareike, Siggi launched various projects and companies.The studio concept „ Privat Sportsclub“, a Fitness Loft open 24/365 falls under it. The Studio has a limited membership, so it‘s guaranteed that each clients has a individual and intensive support.
If someone needs a intensive workout with a personal trainer, there is the personal trainer lounge — „Shape Bensheim“.Next to the studio concept, a food concept cannot be missing. It originated a new lifestyle, which is intuitive and above all prepared for the future —the SPAme concept „intuitive eating“.
Not everyone has the opportunity to be on the spot in beautiful Bensheim.Siggi developed the „fundament of fitness“ a one-to-one online coaching platform. This gives clients all over the world the chance for a intense and personal support.
REFERENCES
In all these years as a personal trainer and coach, Siggi has taken many people by the hand and led them to their goals, from the beer belly to the six-pack. His clients are Siggi‘s motivation to continue and give more than 100%.
Among his clients are several public figures such as the singer, Mandy Capristo, international DJ Karotte, racing driver Timo Glock and many more.

For some magazines Siggi also stood in front of the camera in the last years and graced their covers, published success stories of his clients in magazines and wrote his own e-book about the ten most common mistakes in muscle building. He is also a speaker at various events where he talks about his experiences and shares his knowledge with the audience.

At his first newcomer promotional tour Dj Siggi Spielberg travelled to the island of Bali.There he performed an open desk session in Praia Bali, where renowned DJs from all over the globe are united in one community.
