REGISTRATION PROCESS
Spring 2016 prospective members, including Graduate, Undergraduate, Philos, and Rhoers, of the Southeastern
Region of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. are encouraged to attend and participate in the regional conference. The
registration package includes the conference gift, Annie Neville Luncheon, Awards Banquet, Prayer Breakfast, step
show, entertainment, business sessions, and workshops.
Prospective members will complete the following process for registering for the conference:
Prospective members attending the Southeastern Regional Conference must be registered by March 1, 2016.
Prospective members will complete and return the Prospective Member conference registration form and the
Credit Card Authorization Form to the chapter Membership Chairperson. The Membership Chairperson will

Attire for the conference (primary colors for the conference are ROYAL BLUE and GOLD):
Business Sessions / Workshops: Blue and/or Gold Business Attire (skirt/pant suit or dress)
Step Show: Casual / SGRho Paraphernalia
Undergraduate Luncheon: Blue and/or Gold Business Attire (skirt/pant suit or dress)
Awards Banquet: Evening Party Attire (Black with rhinestone accessories is requested)
Omega Rho Ceremony: ALL White Dress Suit/Dress, White Stockings, White Shoes, Pearls/White Jewelry
Prayer Breakfast: Church/Business Attire

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Refund requests must be in writing via email to
[email protected] by Monday, March 28, 2016. Refund requests received before
December 31, 2015 will be refunded less a $50.00 administrative fee. Refund requests
received between January 1 – March 28, 2016 will be refunded less a 50% administrative
fee. Refund requests received after March 28, 2016 are not eligible for a refund.
Individual/extra ticket sales are not refundable.
