How do I find the Sign Up?
Click the link on the Club website: (www.bendpickleballclub.com.) This will take you directly to the BPCSignUpGenius page.

How do I sign myself up?
1. Look for an available session. Click theSign Up button at the bottom of the list.
2. If you have already registeredwith SignUpGenius but are notlogged in, click the I’m aSignUpGenius member button.If you are not registered withSignUpGenius, complete theinformation in the white boxes.
3. Complete the log in information and click “Login”.(Recommended: If you are using your own computer,check the Remember Me box so SignUpGenius willremember your log-in information.)

4. Answer the questionsunder “Additional Info:” andclick “SIGN UP”. Do not changeQty or enter anything in thefield. SUG already knows whoyou are and will put your namein the correct place.
5. Theconfirmationpage willappear. Youcan add areminder toyoursmartphonecalendar appby clicking the Add To Your Calendar box. This will send an ics file to your email address, whichyou can then save to your phone. (Each phone has a different means of doing this. Do a websearch for instructions for your phone.) To return to the Sign Up, click the red button.

How do I sign up two people in the same session?
First, both players must be members of the same household and have the correct ratings for the session.There must also be enough space available in the session for both players. Follow steps 1 through 3 inthe “How do I sign myself up” section. Then:
1. Change the numberunder Qty to “2”.
2. Enter the secondplayer’s full name.
3. Answer the questionsunder additional info as theyrelate to yourself.
4. Click SIGN UP
Your slots will be reserved andboth names will be displayedon the Sign Up.

How do I use different names for the same email account?
First, the player must be a member of your household and have the correct rating for the session.Follow steps 1 through 3 in the “How do I sign myself up” section. Then:
1. Click the box next to“Display an alternate name…”Two new fields will appear.
2. Enter the player’s first andlast names in the boxes.
3. Answer the questionsunder “Additional Info”
4. Click SIGN UP
The players name will appear inthe Sign Up.

How do I edit my sign up?
To edit your sign up, clickthe edit button below yourname on the Sign Up list.
You can change your displayname, add or remove theadditional player, changeyour rating or membershipinformation, or have an icsfile sent to your smartphone.
After you make changes, click“REVISE MY SIGN UP.”

How do I delete my Sign Up?
Under your name on the SignUp page, click the Deletebutton.
You get a chance to changeyour mind. You can alsosend a message to theAdministrator saying whyyou are cancelling. (Nice toknow, but not necessary.) Ifyou’re sure, click YES-DELETE.
