MPL  signup  instructions.    These  instructions  assume  that  you  did  not  buy  the  version  of  the  text  that  came  with  MyProgrammingLab  access.    Note  that  the  scratch  off  code  on  the  inside  cover  is  NOT  for  MyProgrammingLab  access;  it  is  for  accessing  online  material  for  the  text  such  as  electronic  versions  of  all  examples  in  the  text.    

1. Start  at  myprogramminglab.com    

 2. Under  “Register”  select  “student.”  

 

 

 3. Select  “Register  now”  

 

 Most  will  need  to  select  “No,  I  need  to  buy  access.”  If  your  book  came  with  a  MyProgrammingLab  access  code,  choose  that  you  have  it  and  skip  to  selecting  text.    

4. Select  “No,  I  need  to  buy  access”    

 5. Scroll  through  to  the  text  by  Punch  and  Enbody  

 

     

6. Etext  question:  most  do  not  want  the  etext.    

 7. Set  up  Pearson  Account  (this  image  assumes  you  do  not  have  an  account,  but  you  may)  

 

   A. Create  account  B. Fill  in  account  information  C. Pay  for  access  

         8.  Enter  “Section  Access  Code”  from  the  syllabus.
