WABO Welder Certification Policy 1. Carry your card with you on the job at all times. 2. Welders are NOT permitted to verify their own certifications. 3. Lost or damaged cards may be replaced for a fee of $20. Please request a replacement card in writing (email ok), include the fee, and send to the WABO office. 4. The cost to renew is the same amount no matter how many certifications you hold. 5. Altered or rged certifications are not accepted and are subject to revocation of the certification. 6. Falsification of this document is subject to revocation of the certification. 7. A requalification test is required for welders not engaged in the welding process for over six months. 8.
