Items will be held until payment is received. All sales are final and subject to the conditions stipulated by the donors. Purchasers or winners may not ask for refunds or exchanges from donors. The Fox Meadow PTA (FMPTA) warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items and services auctioned, sold or provided. Values quoted have been provided by the donors and descriptions of the items have been made with every reasonable effort to be accurate. The FMPTA is not responsible for changes, omissions or typographical errors. All items are sold “where is” and “as is”, and without warranty or representation of any kind as to the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authenticity, conditions, quality or fitness for any purpose. This newly renovated Georgian Colonial home includes 7 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 15. There is privacy from all
rooms, as the bedrooms are split with 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and 4 on the other. Enjoy gatherings in the large,
dream eat-in-kitchen with a separate formal dining room that can hold up to 16 people. Other rooms include: library with
fireplace, living room, great room with wood burning fireplace, country office, loft space, and 4.5 bathrooms. The basement
has a full laundry room, tv watching area, kids playroom and full gym. The house is close to all major ski resorts in the area
(Catamount, Jiminy Peak and Butternut). It is 13 miles from the Hudson Train station and a 2 hour drive from Scarsdale.
Availability is November through February, for one weekend or up to four days. Black-out dates include Thanksgiving,
